Your personality dictates my approach—who you are matters just as much as what you do. I find out what makes you tick, and shepherd your steps forward using that foundation. Once you are in a good place, you go it alone, until you need a wingman again and—boom, I’m there.

HOW THINGS USUALLY GO DOWN

• A typical engagement is long term, intermittent help over time as needed
• 60 minute sessions 3 times per month average when in strategy stages
• As needed when in maintenance mode
