What makes me different than other Project Managers?

Glad you asked. I come from a scrappy freelance background in Portland, Oregon, and I have a degree in Graphic Design. That, combined with my 10+ years of experience in managing creative projects, means I know how to get shit done. One of the most valuable roles I play in the work life of my creative clients is a supportive one. Sure, they appreciate the budget being balanced and the clients being happy, but the real value comes in the form of support and experienced situational processing. The client is pissed and not going to pay? You can’t decide how to scale up? Let’s work through the situation, and reach into my bag of tips and tricks to get to a better place.
